Through the MyGroundBiz portal, CSPs can view and update their contract information, track packages and shipments, access training and development resources, manage their invoices and payments, and communicate with other FedEx Ground CSPs. The portal also provides news and updates on the latest FedEx Ground policies and procedures, as well as helpful tips for improving operational efficiency.
