The ERL, the longest-running European NASCAR racing league, is again looking for a couple of motivated drivers, to race with us on Wednesday nights. The spirit of the ERL consists of healthy competition, fun, and a close, connected group. Once you're in, you never want to get out anymore.

Races are held every wednesday, practise starting at 20:15 CET, the 50% full-hardcore mode race under realistic weather will start at about 21:00 CET, crossing the finish line between 22:30 CET and 23:00 CET.

We have only a slim set of rules, as we trust in the self-government of the league, based on respect, trust and friendship between each and every single driver.

In our current season, which already started, we run the BGN MOD this with more BrianRing tracks on the schedule. What we wanted to achieve by that was to get more competetion into the field, what did work our pretty well so far ...

Mind that we are only looking for "full-time" drivers only, so you when joining you should at least think you are able to do about 80% - 85% of our races. In other figures this means, you are supposed to show up in at least 17 out of 21 races. A full ERL season holds 21 races, by this we can do two seasons a year, with a big summer break and a break over the winter holidays.

So, if you have a healthy online (NASCAR) racing experience and are looking for the experience of a lifetime, please contact me, Stefan Löwe at dr.koloso@web.de (please put "ERL" in the subject line). After that, we will sort out the details and decide if you are the driver we're looking for.

Hoping to hear from some of you.

Thank you a lot

[I hope it's okay to post here again, thanks in advance]

Big thank you's for info, I'm sure that several drivers from here won't refuse so great invitation and try to compete with you, after meeting your requirements.

Cheers

No, this ain't quite right Dariusz.

The first time I visited I was advertising another league (FFRL), due to that the thread was names "FFRL Truck and Cup Divisions are looking for some drivers".

For the FFRL I was interested in getting new drivers in as I have a very good relation to those people running that (FFRL) league. The administration of the FFRL asked for my help, and so I did. And it payed of, as I know, at least two polish drivers entered the FFRL Full Fat Divison (Cup), unfortunatelly no polish drivers joined in to the FFRL Big Mack Division (CTS).

The European Racing League however is a totally different league that has nothing to do with the FFRL divisions (apart of the fact that we get along very good and have anual shoot-outs against each other in a Christmas Event).

Anyway, I am the driver roster manager for the ERL, so this time I am representing the ERL, and I am searching drivers for this particular league.

We had 25 drivers for the beginning of this season, but three american dropped out because of two having connection problems (which they didn't have before, strangly) and one was called for duties in Afghanistan.

Our administrator retired because he founded his own business and is expecting his 2nd child (actually his wife does, hehe).

Plus we had another guy who had to retire because of connection problems, because his line was disturbed, as his father does a lot of amateur radio broadcasting, so he's limited to race on weekends only.

So we are down to 20 on the roster, let's say a two or three can't make the start because of random reasons and you have a field that's too small.

So my job is to search for new drivers, and along with that I can tell you that no one, really no one, of those drivers did drop out because he didn't want to race with us anymore, all had to retire out of personal circumstances.

I am pretty sure that there are not much leagues where you can find such a good community as you will find in the ERL, where friendship, respect and trust are the core virtues.

So to come to an end, the last thing we do is running out of drivers quickly, afterall we are the longest running european racing league, existing since April 2000.

So if YOU want to make it last another 5 years and more, come on and join the party.
